Dr. Mark Clifford, DDS
Dr. Mark Clifford completed his Bachelors of Professional Accountancy from Oklahoma Baptist University with the intention of becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He chose to forego a career in accounting to pursue his dream of going to dental school. Dr. Clifford attended the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry, graduating in 2014.
His change in career path started when his front teeth were knocked out by a baseball as a 10-year-old. It wasn't until his senior year at Oklahoma Baptist University that his smile was finally restored. This is why Mark knows the impact that dentistry can have not just on the outside of a person, but on the inside as well. Mark’s goal is to truly help and inspire his patients in the same way his doctors did for him.
Dr. Clifford is a native Oklahoman who was born and raised in northwest Oklahoma City. He was raised in a home filled with music. Growing up, piano lessons were a requirement for him and his sisters, but in high school, he traded the piano for the guitar. Mark still loves playing guitar on Sunday mornings at his church, Crossings Community Church. He is a big fan of his niece and nephew, Duke and Nova, and cheers hard for Thunder basketball, OU football and the OBU Bison.
Maggi Gilbert
Maggi Gilbert grew up in the small town of Elk City, OK. She resided in western Oklahoma until she decided to pursue a college degree in pre-allied health at Oklahoma Baptist University. She met her husband Kimes while attending OBU and, upon graduation, they got married and moved to south Oklahoma City. She is continuing her education at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center with the goal of becoming a registered dietitian.
Maggi enjoys cooking, baking, running, spending time with her husband and puppy, and visiting her family. With a warm welcome and a smile, she hopes to make Clifford Dental's patients feel right at home!
